Attorney-directed administrative packet checks, fee coordination, document control, and physical delivery logistics for immigration attorneys nationwide. For matters confirmed for the St. Rose / New Orleans ERO office, we provide licensed, in-person delivery with contemporaneous proof of submission.
“You remain the lawyer. We become an experienced extension of your litigation-support team.”
At the highest level, immigration practitioners engage 2517 EPI in one of two ways. Both options provide an experienced administrative second set of eyes while preserving complete attorney oversight and legal decision-making.
Time-sensitive immigration submissions leave zero room for administrative or clerical oversight. Every hour your attorneys or paralegals spend proofreading forms for uncheckmarked boxes, verifying money order endorsements, or coordinating out-of-state logistics is time taken away from substantive legal advocacy.
2517 EPI serves as an operational support firm for immigration practices. Our team is intimately familiar with administrative filing requirements, document-control protocols, and the common clerical errors that trigger window rejections or intake delays.
We provide a systematic administrative second set of eyes. When we identify an incomplete field, an omitted signature, or an inconsistent date, we bring it directly to your attention. You determine its legal significance and choose the appropriate course of action. We provide the operational execution, document control, and verified accountability.
2517 EPI provides administrative and logistical support only. We do not prepare legal pleadings, complete immigration forms, determine eligibility, evaluate evidence, provide legal advice, determine legal sufficiency, or represent immigration clients. The attorney remains responsible for legal strategy, legal determinations, document contents, filing requirements, client representation, and authorization to proceed.
Our 8-step workflow ensures end-to-end document control, transparency, and explicit attorney authorization at every critical juncture.
Every packet receives an administrative status assessment before proceeding. Green confirms the matter is Administratively ready to proceed. When an administrative issue has been identified (Yellow), 2517 EPI identifies the clerical problem for instruction or correction; we do not tell the attorney how the issue should be resolved legally. Under an administrative hold (Red), the packet is stopped and will not proceed until attorney direction is received.
The items listed on the administrative checklist appear to be present. Green status does not evaluate eligibility, legal sufficiency, evidence, legal strategy, filing requirements, or the likelihood of acceptance. Delivery occurs only after attorney authorization.
One or more clerical or administrative items require attorney review, such as a missing signature, date, attachment, fee instrument, routing detail, or legibility issue. 2517 EPI identifies the item; the attorney determines and makes any correction.
The packet will not proceed to delivery until the attorney provides direction regarding a material administrative issue, conflicting information, missing item, or unresolved fee or routing requirement. Red status is an internal administrative hold and is not a legal conclusion or prediction of government action.
Our team checks for the recurring clerical and document-control issues that routinely trigger intake delays or window rejections:
Unanswered required fields, missing Alien Registration Numbers (A-Numbers), or omitted preparer details on Form I-246 and ancillary forms.
Omitted applicant signatures, missing attorney signatures, undated attestations, or missing G-28 Notices of Appearance.
Missing referenced attachments, unindexed evidentiary exhibits, missing passport copies, or unattached translation certificates.
Conflicting personal identifiers, discrepant date of birth spellings, or mismatched case numbers across different parts of the packet.
Blurred photocopies, inverted pages, illegible government notices, or non-conforming paper assembly that violates clerical standards.
Money orders made out to incorrect government entities, inaccurate fee calculations, or missing required applicant identifiers on memo lines.
Strict operational safeguards protect your firm and ensure complete legal and procedural compliance.
2517 EPI does not determine the appropriate filing venue or jurisdiction for an immigration matter. The requesting attorney must independently determine and affirm that the St. Rose / New Orleans ERO office (or designated facility) is the appropriate filing location for the specific applicant before 2517 EPI will accept a physical delivery assignment.
2517 EPI will never dispatch a courier, procure fee instruments, or submit a packet to any government office without prior written authorization from the attorney. Following the Administrative Packet Check and resolution of any Yellow status items, the attorney must provide explicit written authorization releasing the packet for physical delivery.
Organized beneath our two core service options, our partnership programs provide law firms with predictable monthly budgeting, prioritized turnaround, and dependable litigation support when time matters.
Why leading immigration law firms choose 2517 EPI as their operational litigation-support partner:
To protect sensitive client information, 2517 EPI does not accept unencrypted immigration records, personal identifiers, or confidential case documents through standard website forms or unencrypted email. Contact our 24/7 Front Desk or submit an online request to establish intake and receive access to our approved, encrypted document portal.
2517 EPI is not a law firm and does not provide immigration advice, legal representation, legal drafting, eligibility determinations, evidentiary evaluations, or legal-sufficiency review. No administrative status issued by 2517 EPI guarantees filing acceptance, government action, or relief. Attorneys remain responsible for every legal decision and for authorizing delivery.
