TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

Last Revised: September 10, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to www.2517epi.com and the engagement and use of services offered by 2517 EPI.

By using this website, submitting a service request, authorizing an assignment, or otherwise engaging 2517 EPI, you acknowledge these Terms of Service to the extent applicable to the services requested.

Any separate written agreement, engagement terms, accepted quotation, written service instructions, or other agreement between 2517 EPI and a client will control where its terms expressly differ from these Terms of Service.

1. ABOUT 2517 EPI

2517 EPI is a Louisiana Licensed Private Investigation Agency and attorney-focused litigation-support provider.

Services may include process service, investigative services, difficult or evasive service assignments, witness location and skip tracing, surveillance, background and public-record research, court-related logistical assistance, Stay of Deportation Filing Support, and related operational litigation-support services.

2. 2517 EPI IS NOT A LAW FIRM

2517 EPI is not a law firm.

2517 EPI does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or legal strategy.

Use of this website, submission of information, communication with 2517 EPI, or engagement of 2517 EPI does not create an attorney-client relationship.

When services are performed for an attorney or law firm, the attorney remains responsible for legal strategy, legal sufficiency, procedural requirements, court deadlines, filing requirements, service requirements, interpretation of applicable law, and representation of the client.

3. SERVICE REQUESTS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submission of a request through the website, email, telephone, secure portal, or another communication method does not by itself establish that an assignment has been accepted.

An assignment is accepted when 2517 EPI confirms acceptance or otherwise affirmatively begins authorized work.

Availability, timing, pricing, geographic coverage, document requirements, and service conditions may vary by assignment.

2517 EPI may decline an assignment when the requested work is outside the firm’s licensing authority, operational capabilities, geographic coverage, ethical standards, contractual requirements, or legal authority.

4. CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete information necessary to perform an assignment.

This may include correct names, addresses, documents, court information, service instructions, deadlines, contact information, identifying information, or other materials relevant to the requested service.

2517 EPI is entitled to rely reasonably upon information and instructions provided by the client or the client’s authorized representative unless circumstances require clarification.

The client is responsible for promptly notifying 2517 EPI of changed addresses, deadlines, instructions, settlement, dismissal, cancellation, or other information affecting an active assignment.

5. PROCESS SERVICE

2517 EPI provides process-service support based upon the documents and instructions supplied by the requesting attorney, law firm, agency, or other authorized client.

2517 EPI does not determine whether a particular method of service is legally sufficient for a client’s litigation strategy unless a determination falls within a function lawfully assigned to the process server.

The attorney or requesting party remains responsible for determining applicable service requirements, statutory requirements, procedural rules, deadlines, and the legal sufficiency of the selected method of service.

No representation is made that a person or entity will be located, that service will be successfully completed, or that a court will ultimately determine service to be legally sufficient.

If a new or materially different address is supplied after attempts have begun, 2517 EPI may treat service at the additional address as a separate service assignment and charge accordingly.

6. INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES

Investigative services are performed within applicable licensing requirements, law, professional standards, and authorized scope.

Investigative results depend upon the information available, cooperation of third parties, public-record availability, surveillance conditions, database accuracy, and other circumstances beyond the control of 2517 EPI.

A report reflects information obtained during the authorized investigation and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that all potentially relevant information has been discovered.

2517 EPI does not knowingly undertake investigative work for an unlawful purpose.

7. STAY OF DEPORTATION FILING SUPPORT

Stay of Deportation Filing Support is an administrative and logistical litigation-support service.

2517 EPI may provide administrative packet checks, Administrative Completeness Checks, Administrative Exception Reports, fee-instrument coordination, delivery logistics, proof-of-submission support, confirmation handling, and related administrative services at the designated federal filing office in St. Rose, Louisiana.

These services do not constitute immigration legal services.

2517 EPI does not determine eligibility for immigration relief, advise a person whether an application should be filed, interpret immigration law for a client, make legal representations to the federal government, or guarantee acceptance, adjudication, approval, or any governmental outcome.

Attorneys remain responsible for the legal sufficiency and substantive content of filings, applicable filing requirements, filing deadlines, legal advice, client representation, and all legal decisions.

Federal agencies retain sole authority over acceptance, processing, adjudication, enforcement decisions, and immigration outcomes.

2517 EPI is not affiliated with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or any other governmental agency.

8. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW IS NOT LEGAL REVIEW

When 2517 EPI performs an administrative completeness or document check, the review is limited to operational and administrative criteria.

Identification of a missing document, incomplete administrative item, apparent packet inconsistency, or other exception does not constitute a legal opinion regarding the sufficiency, admissibility, effectiveness, or substantive legal merit of the material.

Similarly, the absence of an identified administrative exception does not constitute a representation that a filing, pleading, application, or other document is legally sufficient.

9. DEADLINES AND TURNAROUND TIMES

2517 EPI makes reasonable efforts to meet confirmed service schedules and deadlines.

Any stated turnaround time is based upon the information and circumstances known when the assignment is accepted.

Completion may be affected by incorrect addresses, inability to locate a subject, restricted access, court or governmental operations, closures, weather, emergencies, traffic, security restrictions, third-party availability, document deficiencies, technology interruptions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

A deadline should not be considered guaranteed unless 2517 EPI expressly confirms the applicable commitment in writing.

Clients should provide assignments sufficiently in advance of jurisdictional, court, governmental, or other legal deadlines.

10. FEES AND BILLING

Fees are determined by the services requested, service level, location, urgency, number of persons or entities, number of addresses, document volume, investigation requirements, filing logistics, third-party expenses, and other operational factors.

Pricing communicated in an accepted quotation, service confirmation, invoice, engagement agreement, or other written communication governs the applicable assignment.

Additional work outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

Third-party costs, filing-related expenses, printing, copying, travel, postage, records charges, notarial expenses, governmental fees, or other authorized expenses may be billed when applicable.

Payment terms are governed by the applicable invoice, quotation, engagement agreement, client account arrangement, or written billing terms.

11. CANCELLATION OF ASSIGNMENTS

A client may request cancellation of an assignment.

Cancellation does not eliminate fees or expenses for work already performed, attempts already made, resources already committed, documents already prepared, third-party expenses already incurred, or other services completed before cancellation was received and processed.

Assignments that have already been dispatched or substantially commenced may remain billable according to the applicable service terms.

12. CONFIDENTIAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

2517 EPI recognizes that litigation-support assignments may involve confidential or sensitive information.

Clients should provide sensitive documents only through the secure submission method approved by 2517 EPI for that purpose.

Ordinary website Contact or Request Service forms are intended primarily for basic, non-sensitive intake information.

Do not transmit sensitive case files, identification documents, immigration records, medical records, financial information, or similarly restricted material through an ordinary contact form or unsecured communication channel unless specifically instructed by 2517 EPI.

Submission of materials to 2517 EPI does not by itself create attorney-client privilege, work-product protection, or another legal privilege.

Attorneys remain responsible for determining whether disclosure of potentially privileged or protected information to a third-party service provider is legally appropriate.

13. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION AND SECURITY

2517 EPI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect information.

However, no website, email system, electronic communication system, cloud platform, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available.

Clients should use the approved secure-document submission process when transmitting sensitive materials.

14. AUTHORIZED USE

The website and services of 2517 EPI may not be used to facilitate unlawful conduct, harassment, stalking, unauthorized surveillance, fraudulent activity, improper access to protected information, identity theft, or any other unlawful purpose.

2517 EPI reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue an assignment if information develops indicating that the requested service may be unlawful, unauthorized, misleading, unethical, or outside applicable licensing authority.

15. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Investigations, process service, litigation support, records research, location efforts, governmental filing logistics, and similar professional services inherently depend upon circumstances outside the control of 2517 EPI.

Accordingly, 2517 EPI does not guarantee that a person will be located, that service will be completed, that particular evidence or information will be discovered, that a filing will be accepted or approved, that a government agency will take a particular action, or that any litigation, investigation, administrative matter, or other proceeding will produce a particular outcome.

2517 EPI’s obligation is to perform authorized services in a professional and reasonable manner consistent with the agreed scope of work.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INFORMATION

2517 EPI may rely upon governmental records, commercial databases, public records, technology providers, document platforms, contractors, couriers, notaries, payment processors, or other third-party resources.

2517 EPI cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued operation of information or systems controlled by third parties.

The website may also contain links to independent websites or services. 2517 EPI is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or practices of those independent services.

17. WEBSITE INFORMATION

Information published on www.2517epi.com is provided for general informational and business-development purposes.

Website content is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

Descriptions of services are general descriptions and do not guarantee availability or establish the exact scope, price, or terms of a particular assignment.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the 2517 EPI name, branding, original website content, graphics, service descriptions, written materials, and other proprietary materials appearing on the website are owned by or licensed to 2517 EPI.

Website materials may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by law.

Client-owned documents and materials remain the property of the client or applicable rights holder.

19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis.

2517 EPI does not warrant that the website will operate without interruption, that electronic systems will be error-free, or that information obtained from third-party systems will always be complete or accurate.

Nothing in this section alters an express written obligation undertaken by 2517 EPI for a specific professional assignment.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2517 EPI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public website, interruption of website availability, or reliance upon general informational website content.

For professional services, liability will be determined according to applicable law and any governing written engagement or service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory jurisdictional rule controls.

Any dispute concerning these Terms or services provided by 2517 EPI will be addressed in a court or other forum having lawful jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

2517 EPI may revise these Terms of Service as its operations, services, technology, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted at www.2517epi.com with the applicable revision date.

Changes will not retroactively alter a separate written agreement unless permitted by that agreement or agreed to by the parties.
